Our calendar section has updated information about upcoming courses starting dates. Besides, the course coordinator will notify you by email a week before your course begins.
If you paid online, you should have received an email from uccshop. That is your confirmation of registration.
The course coordinator will send venue details to you no later than a week before your course starts. The email address provided in your registration (uccshop) will be used to contact you.
If you realise that your level is higher or lower than the course you registered for, you can notify us within the first two weeks of the course. We will try our best to relocate you to the right course and level.
Courses that run are non-refundable and refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances and upon production of appropriate documentation (med. certs, ect.)
Deferrals of courses to the following period (Spring to Summer, Summer to Autumn) can be granted if the coordinator is notified within the two first weeks of the course.
No. All our Beginners I (A1.1) courses are designed for students with no previous knowledge of the language.
That will never happen. Our teachers are the most experienced and qualified in the county. You will not be disappointed.
The number of students in a group can vary between languages and levels, but there is usually a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 20 students per group.
